Unfortunately we are unable to confirm whether your concern will be covered under warranty, as the vehicle would need to be assessed by an Authorised Fiat, Abarth or Fiat Professional Dealership.

You may have your car serviced by any service centre in Australia without voiding the new car warranty. However, should a fault occur that can be directly attributable to the independent service then the new car warranty may be voided for that repair. It is recommended that you do have the car serviced by an authorised dealership as they have the correct diagnosis equipment, access to all technical updates, access to all software updates and are factory trained technicians who know your vehicle better than anyone else in the world.

Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional strongly recommends that you fit Fiat, Abarth or Fiat Professional Genuine parts and accessories to your vehicle. All Fiat, Abarth or Fiat Professional Genuine parts and accessories come with a 12 month or 20,000km warranty (whichever comes first). New Vehicle Warranty will not cover repairs to your vehicle should the problem be attributed to the installation of a non-Genuine component.

Fiat authorized repairer provides all the expertise you need. Our Fiat technicians are fully trained to know everything about your car. Whatever work needs to be done on your Fiat, from the annual vehicle inspection to bodywork, they are always happy to help with any subjects related to the highly technological systems of your Fiat. We built it, we back it.

Recall Campaign is a voluntary action of the Car Manufacturer to correct any problems on its products related to the safe operation of the vehicle or to correct not conformities. Fiat will correct the problem, at no charge, even if the vehicle is out of warranty and you are not the original owner. As soon as you receive a notice, contact immediately a Dealership or Authorised Service Centre to book the intervention recommended for your car. You can find all contact persons for our dealerships and authorised centres contacting your Dealership. When you call to make an appointment, we remind you to have your vehicle’s chassis number on hand, which you will find in the Vehicle Registration Document (on page 2, under E).

Our warranty is so comprehensive it is probably better to ask, what is not covered. The items not covered are brake pads and rotors, trim, clutch linings, globes and consumables. The warranty covers anything that is attributable to a defect in the manufacturing processes as deemed by the authorised retailer. It essentially excludes all wear and tear items.

For the first 3 years of manufacturer's warranty your vehicle is also covered by Roadside Assistance.

Please complete the Change of Ownership form located in your warranty handbook and send it via email to auscustomercare@stellantis.com
